In registering with our practice you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of business., which are as follows:
All fees, diets and drug charges are subject to VAT at the current rate. Fee levels are determined by the time spent on the case and according to the drugs, materials and consumables used. You will receive an itemised invoice for every consultation, surgical procedure or transaction with us.
Accounts are due for settlement at the end of each consultation, on the discharge of your pet or on collection of drugs/diet.
After due notice is given, overdue accounts will be referred to our debt collection agency and further charges will be levied in respect of collection of the debt which you are liable for.
Inability to Pay
If, for any reason you are unable to settle your account as specified, we ask you to discuss the matter as soon as possible with the Director or the Practice Manager. Installments or part payments of the account can ONLY be sanctioned by them.
Should your account remain outstanding for over 3 months we reserve the right to refuse to treat any animal belonging to you and to ask that you register with another veterinary practice.
No addition or variation of these conditions will bind the practice unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by a director. No agent or person employed by, or under contract with, the practice has the authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way.
